Why I cannot join a spree?

Had tried many times but fail to join. Only show a blank page, what is wrong?

    Dear ilovekids,

    You would need to temporarily allow pop up as our order form appears in the form a pop up.

    Could you kindly furnish us with more details on your current internet setup so we could help you further:
    1)browser (IE or Firefox)
    2)Add on tool bars (Google toolbar etc.)
