When will credit card be charged?

Do they charge my credit card when the spree ends or when they deliver the goods?

    1st charge happens when the merchant order is placed. It consist of item cost + a 5% concierge fee on the merchant invoice value.

    2nd charge happens when the spree box reaches Singapore. It consist of shipping charges (US domestic shipping, international shipping, local delivery) + handling fee weighted and split among the spree-ers.
