I think initially Comgateway was having some problems cos of the old courier (haileys) now they use DHL and it has improved. I get my items within 2 weeks! Service has almost improved, My emails do get replied now (as compared to last time). But some merchants a bit slow... like GAP is quite slow... need about 3 weeks.. but Old Navy less than 2 weeks I get my items liao. =)

i have spree a few items on st701, 90pct of them came pretty fast
only 1 item was slow and I did get my item eventually.
Now CGW use DHL worldwide for delivery , no more haileys
and i think the service has improved tremendously with DHL
I get my stuff within 10days if I buy direct from merchant without going through the spree, cuase i buy up to 195usd
myself.
No COMPLAINS, keep up CGW ,
Am sure CGW service will improve if all the buyers go
to CGW , with more volume means better service

I've no problems with CGW either. Perhaps it depends on the US merchant?.. GoJane and OldNavy are both quite fast, I received my items within 2 weeks from date of order. :)

I had a bit of a problem too with my recent spree. Live CS wasn't of much help and the courier company, Halley's was quite a disappointment. They didn't come at the time they said they would come and I had to 'chase' them for a re-delivery. Hopefully things will improve.
