US merchant with local online store?

What if the merchant's online store has the option to choose Singapore/South East Asia as country?

Should we choose the US region or SG/SEA option?
Sometime it will auto-detect as Singapore.

    I think should choose US ba... since the shipping from US. (comegateway's office is in the US)
