volumetric weight vs actual weight

does comGateway only charges shipping by actual weight? or the higher of the volumetric and actual weight?

    hmm, i believe its according to what dhl charges which is they would use either of the 2 charges whichever is higher.

    Sucks but i guess thats the way the courier charges are based on worldwide.
