hmm, ive used it a few times already. To open a spree box, you have to find the merchant via the categories on the left and look for drug store. Then click on the radio box and start the spree > fill in the order form and the box will open. Your spree box is only opened if you can see it via View Open Spree. It takes 3 days or when USD$195 is reached.

As for shipping, there are some charges. So far the charges are low from what i bought previously, like Old Navy stuff and Iphone accessories. Guess it depends on weight. Oh and dont worry if you are the only spreer as CGW will call you to ask if you still want to go with the order.

As for payment, its only once they confirm your order then your CC gets debited.
