Hi, I read from ComGateway's billing details that a US$2 bulk break handing fee is charged per transaction. Does anyone know what that means? Does it refer to per item or per spree? Asked their customer service but didn't get satisfactory answer. - ST701.com

Hi the USD$2 is based on per suite tracking number, the one you get after you finish shopping on the pop-up at the left.
As each tracking number can consists of a few orders, it will still be just charge USD$2.

I think the charge is for shipping to doorstep.
