I find it difficult to get a job similar to what I am doing now? What should I do?

I have been working in my company for 6 years now. The company create a position to solve organization issue. Now, I feel that I have no more market value because I cannot find job of similar capacity. What should I do? I have a Degree in Computer science and Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

    Basically you may try to explore into other industry which may give you a new challenge. Staying in a comfort zone for too long is always the weak point and once things dun do well, then maybe you should think of alternatives
