    Hi keithics,

Before any good potential (long-term) employer will be interested in you, I believe that their first concern will be your 'legal-bility'. (after reading your plead).

If you are going to stay in Singapore for good, my first advice will be for you to approach the Ministry Of Manpower for assistance. Or You can read more from their site on applying a Permit/Pass.

    http://www.mom.gov.sg/publish/momportal/en/communities/work_pass.html

If you are looking for the short term ones, I believe that there are someone out here(Singapore) looking for freelance web designer ~ no 9am-5pm obligation & you can work from your current residential place!

Go to Rednano.com and search for "freelance+web designer"

Last advice, just don't overstay in Singapore as it is illegal! (Unless ICA says outher-wise) And good luck in your job hunt!
