Hi... yes... you need to install ActiveX. Installation is only once... after that next time can use already. They got 'new upload page' and 'old upload page' now. So you can choose which you prefer. The new upload page can upload multiple photos at once, so can save time instead of keep having to wait for it to reload.

I'm using IE8 on window vista.
The first time I load, see a yellow box on top with "install aurigma" notice. I click it to install.

But no response. So I double click the empty image again.
Then Vista pop up say need to give permission to install, so I click OK.
After that the activeX is installed, then can upload already.

I tried on Firefox and it loads a Java applet and ask me whether I trust aurigma or not, I click ok, then it's installed.
