The Diploma in Hotel Management provides students with a broad understanding of the operational aspects of the international hotel industry. Knowledge of the underlying principles involving business, marketing and customer service among others is also an integral part of the diploma. Students will attend a course of study of not less than 450 hours and undergo on the job training of not less than 960 hours in an established hotel in Singapore.
