Why Spree?
Here are some reasons why you should be shopping online.
Online spreeing is a collective shopping method in which a group of people come together to make bulk purchases of similar items. This way, you save on shipping charges. In addition, online shopping relieves you of the frenzy of squeezing with the shopping crowd, and allows you to view products, compare prices then make your purchase from the comfort of your home.
Online merchandise is generally much cheaper than those sold in retail outlets. Why? The answer is quite straightforward. Online merchants are often spared the overheads of maintaining physical outlets. Also, online retailers save on the cost of exportation, and these savings are passed on to you. Here are some real-life examples illustrating the difference between online and retail pricing.

comGateway, ST701’s counterpart in ST701 Spree, has built up a huge repertoire of participating merchants. With more than 30,000 US Website out there, you are bound to find something to you liking.
How Spree works?
Spreeing online is easy. You can either open a spree box of your own, or join an existing spree box.
You open up a new spree box when there are no existing boxes for the merchant you want to shop with, or when your item amount exceeds an existing spree box’s remaining dollar value.
Alternatively, you could join a spree box under the following situations:
- When there are already a few shoppers in the box with whom you can split shipping charges with;
- The spree box is nearing its closure cap, so your items can be purchased sooner thus avoiding situations where merchandise run out of stock; and
- When you do not wish to wait out the full spree box closure cycle.
Detailed Spree Information
- A spree box is capped at either (i) between US$180 to US$195 or (ii) 3 days from the start date of the box. The box will automatically close when either one of the cap is reached.
- Orders will be fulfilled through the use of comGateway's Concierge Service.
- No spree box will be cancelled. Boxes with one item only will still be honored although charges will not be split. Spree-er can however delete their order before box closure.
- As long as the spree box is not closed, you can delete your existing orders by clicking on the same box. The left panel will allow you to add new orders as well as show at the bottom of the panel your existing orders in that box.
